Wilcox closed steel baggage carts come equipped with a three-stage “Soft Ride” tire composed of 100% natural rubber put on a 7 gauge rim, which is the best shock absorber mounted on the strongest wheel. The 100% natural rubber tire has 70% less rolling resistance than all synthetic tires, making it easier to physically push a cart.
