Reliability

Wilcox Tire Carts are proven to always be ready when you need them. With 3-stage solid tires as a standard, down time from flats is never a concern. All of our cart tires are made with 100% natural rubber, giving the lowest rolling resistance of any solid tire available, providing smooth and easy manoeuvrability.

Each aircraft specific Tire Cart has a dedicated location for al job required equipment including Jack, wheel dollies, compressed air tanks and main wheels, nose wheels and brakes.

To keep the elements at bay, Wilcox Tire Carts are designed fully enclosed with two reinforced tarps and light weight non slip aluminum ramps.

Each of the extruded aluminum side ramps have mounted gas props installed, to assist in raising and lowering ergonomically and safely.

The side ramps are available in overlapping fold out design to allow tools with low ground clearance to be easily loaded, and are also designed with a 5% below ground pivot angle to maintain use on uneven ground.

The structure of our cart is manufactured from a coated 12 gauge steel and a structurally engineered subframe, with 500 x 8 solid tires.

The interior flooring is structurally reinforced and coated with non slip sure grip coating in order to keep the products and operators safe

Options are abundant on the Wilcox Tire Cart, including a rear mounted crane, Compressor & inverter systems, flood lighting, custom lengths and heights, and even winches if you need that extra help.
