Oxygen Bottle Carts

Aircraft Bottle Carts

The Wilcox GSE Bottle Cart is built for safe, reliable transport and use of oxygen and nitrogen bottles during aircraft maintenance and ground support operations. With an ergonomic tilting platform, secure bottle clamps, and dedicated onboard cabin O2 bottle filling box, this cart helps streamline critical servicing tasks while prioritizing operator safety and convenience.

Every feature of the Wilcox Bottle Cart is designed for safe, efficient handling. The tilting platform locks in place for secure bottle access and transport, while pneumatic tires and the FlexRide Axle System provide smooth, stable movement across uneven surfaces. A tow bar-actuated parking brake keeps the cart secure when stationary, and the onboard steel bin allows for safe, efficient cabin bottle filling at the aircraft.

Built for Ramp Duty

The Wilcox Bottle Cart is constructed for real-world airport work. Its rugged frame and pivoting design reduce strain on the operator while protecting critical equipment. The cart’s components are easy to access, operate, and maintain—keeping downtime to a minimum and safety at a maximum.

Ergonomics That Matter

The pivoting bottle platform reduces operator fatigue during frequent loading and unloading, while the ability to tilt and lock the bottle platform improves workflow during bottle swaps or refills. The design ensures bottles remain stable in both storage and service positions.

Built-In Safety

The Wilcox Bottle Cart is engineered with safety at its core. A double-walled steel rupture containment chamber—housed inside a checkerplate enclosure—allows operators to safely fill cabin oxygen bottles at the aircraft. In the rare event of a failure, the chamber is designed to contain shrapnel and redirect energy away from both crew and equipment.

Aircraft Oxygen Bottle Carts

Wilcox Bottle Carts are designed for work on the ramp. Our 4 Bottle Cart comes standard with a locking, pivoting platform which easily and safely allows operators to add or remove oxygen tanks in an upright position.

Tanks are secured onto the tubular steel frame with a formed steel bracket and dual wing nut lock. Mounted at the front of the Wilcox Bottle Cart, you will find a locking aluminum checkerplate chest for safe, secure storage for all your required tools.

Mounted onto the steel frame, inside the checker plate box you will find a double walled, 1” steel plate rupture containment chamber, where cabin oxygen bottle can be safely filled.

The rupture containment chamber is designed for worst case scenario, to safely contain any shrapnel and direct the blast energy away form the operator and aircraft in case of a bottle failure.

Our Bottle Cart is our only cart where you will find pneumatic tires standard, we do so to make sure your oxygen has a nice soft ride.
