Our cargo handling Aluminum Flatbed Cart is a lightweight and adaptable option for carrying oversized or irregular luggage and cargo. This open-deck platform, built with the same proven axle system as our baggage carts, is both durable and maneuverable on the ramp or in cargo facilities.

This cargo handling can be used to move cargo inside a warehouse or to transfer baggage onto an airplane. Its open design allows you to load heavy or awkward objects that would not fit in a typical baggage cart, all while preserving the strength and sturdiness that Wilcox GSE is known for.

Our Cargo Dollies are designed to endure the most severe ramp conditions. With additional reinforcement in the corners and high-contact areas, our reinforced C-Channel frame is designed for exceptional strength and durability to handle large loads and repetitive impacts in challenging airport environments.

For a safe, flexible cargo transport option, our Cargo Dollies have movable stops and locks that can accommodate different ULD and pallet sizes. Pallet stops and vertical restraints are interchangeable at every point on the dolly, providing complete adaptability to guarantee the security and safety of pallets and ULDs, even in difficult ramp situations or severe wind conditions. Standard configurations are made to work with standard cargo pallet sizes and ULD models 1–23.

Our Container Dollies are designed to fulfill the real-world requirements of airport cargo operations. Our cargo handling combines strength, simplicity, and durability. The strengthened C-channel frame and strong rubber tires provide long-term dependability, while the closed-bearing platform casters ensure smooth, efficient cargo handling on the ramp.

Moving LD1, LD2, and LD3 containers does not have to be hard. The Wilcox LD3 Container Dolly keeps things simple: it’s small enough to fit into tight spots on the ramp and durable enough to withstand repeated use. Designed with feedback from ground troops, it provides the practical performance, dependability, and safety that teams rely on every day.

Static Roller Racks

Our cargo handling Static Roller Racks are made to move and stage ULD containers and cargo pallets in a safe, effective manner. Because they facilitate a smooth transition between storage spaces, dollies, and loaders, these fixed-position static roller racks are an essential component of cargo movement. They provide dependability where it counts most, having been designed with safety in mind and built to support large loads.

Wilcox Static Roller Racks are designed to endure continuous use in staging areas, cargo facilities, and other demanding workspaces. They are constructed with a 3/16′′ welded steel frame and come with 26 galvanized gravity rollers. Safe operator access is provided by a raised non-slip perforated pathway, and a sturdy foundation is guaranteed by adjustable legs with leveling mounts.

ULD Racks

Our cargo handling ULD Rack has been designed to safely and efficiently store PMC air cargo pallets (“cookie sheets”) when not in use. Built for daily ramp and cargo operations, this stand-alone rack keeps pallets stacked and secured off the ground, allowing staff to maintain safer, more orderly cargo spaces while preventing damage.

Each unit is made of tubular steel and coated in high-visibility safety yellow to increase visibility in busy work areas. The curved top makes pallet placement easier with a forklift, and the conspicuity reflector tape ensures the rack is visible in low-light circumstances. The ULD Rack can store up to 50 pallets and has a load capacity of 15,000 lbs.
